What We Look At
When assessing a Source, TrustedRoids may consider factors such as:

- customer-support availability and response speed;
- payment options;
- product range and availability;
- reship or refund policies where stated;
- product-verification resources;
- laboratory-testing information where available;
- recent community feedback;
- known warnings, impersonation issues or significant complaints.
Not every Source will provide information in every category.
Editorial Rating
The editorial rating reflects TrustedRoids’ current assessment based on the information available at the time of review.
Editorial ratings can change as circumstances change or new information becomes available.
A high rating should not be interpreted as a guarantee of every individual order, product or customer experience.
Community Reviews
Community reviews are submitted separately by users.
They provide an additional source of information and do not automatically replace the TrustedRoids editorial assessment.
As more reviews are published, visitors can compare the editorial rating with recent community experiences.
Verified Source Status
A Verified Source badge means TrustedRoids has checked the identity or official website of the listed Source and considers the listing to represent the intended operation.
